Data Processing & Analysis

The Scinamic Client can be used as a standalone application for assay data analysis. Templates configure how data is read, normalized, transformed, masked, and fitted.

The template can be configured for arbitrary protocols and example templates exist for various types of micro-titer plate based dose response assays, time courses, temperature cycle assays, in vivo PK and efficacy studies and many more.

The Electronic Labnotebook System uses the Data Processing & Analysis module in combination with the Scinamic Data management suite. It functions as a fully integrated ELN, registration, and result review & publication system.

The Laboratory Inventory System module tracks biological and chemical entities as well as meta data entities like assays types or projects. It provides submodules for compound management, requesting, plate handling and tracking, and more.

At the same time it functions as the data warehouse that contains published result data and establishes the relational references between each assay endpoint and any registered records that were used in generating it.
